DO YOU DELIVER?

Yes, we can provide delivery at an additional cost. Please provide your address when submitting your enquiry and we can quote accordingly.

WHICH PAYMENT METHODS DO YOU ACCEPT?

Currently payment can be made via bank transfer (details provided on invoice) or PayPal.

WHAT IF I AM NOT HAPPY ABOUT MY PURCHASE?

We pride ourselves on providing top quality service and products, if for any reason at all you are not happy please get in touch immediately to discuss.

DO YOU DO GIFT CARDS?

Yes we can provide gift cards of any value, please submit your request via the enquiry form on the order page.

HOW FAR IN ADVANCE DO I HAVE TO PAY?

All orders have to be paid 2 weeks in advance of collection/delivery. We also accommodate last minute orders, these are subject to calendar availability and have to be paid on order placement and prior to collection/delivery.

CAN I CANCEL AN ORDER AND ARE THERE FEES?

We understand personal circumstances can change, please contact us to discuss. For larger package orders, a 10% non-refundable deposit will always apply - this is required on order placement. Any cancellations must be done so 2 weeks in advance or may incur additional charges.
